Refund Policy

Overview

At BDeSIM, we strive to provide high-quality eSIM services to our customers. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for eSIM purchases.

Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available if you purchased services directly from BDeSIM. If you purchased through a third party, please contact them directly for refund requests.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. However, this right expires on the earlier of:

  • 14 days after the date of purchase, or
  • The moment you activate or install your eSIM

Important: Once an eSIM is activated or installed, it is considered used and the right of withdrawal no longer applies. No refund will be offered for activated eSIMs unless otherwise specified in this policy.

When Refunds Are Granted

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if you have activated your eSIM but cannot use the services due to:

  • A technical error on BDeSIM's part
  • Service discontinuation by BDeSIM
  • Network connectivity issues caused by our service providers

Conditions for Technical Issue Refunds

To receive a refund for technical issues, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must submit a refund request within 30 days of the issue arising
  • You must cooperate with our troubleshooting efforts
  • BDeSIM was unable to restore access within 10 days of receiving your request

Partial Refunds

For services that have been partially consumed, only the unused portion will be refunded. Refund amounts are calculated based on:

  • The amount of data remaining (for data packages)
  • The number of days remaining (for time-based packages)

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

  • Device incompatibility (please check compatibility before purchase)
  • User error in eSIM installation or configuration
  • Change of travel plans after eSIM activation
  • Poor network coverage in certain areas (coverage varies by location)
  • Slower speeds due to network congestion or fair usage policies
  • Duplicate purchases of the same package
  • Purchases made more than 14 days ago without activation

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at info@bdesim.com or use our in-app/web chat
  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, email address, and reason for refund
  3. Troubleshooting: Work with our support team to resolve any technical issues
  4. Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed according to the method below

Refund Methods

Approved refunds can be issued through one of the following methods:

Account Credit

Refunds issued as account credit (wallet balance) are typically processed immediately and can be used for future purchases on BDeSIM.

Original Payment Method

Refunds to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, etc.) may take up to 30 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

Refund Processing Time

  • Account Credit: Immediate upon approval
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 10-30 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and location.

Package Exchanges

In some cases, we may offer a package exchange instead of a refund. This allows you to:

  • Change to a different destination
  • Upgrade to a larger data package
  • Extend your validity period

Promotional Credits and Discounts

If you used a promotional code or received a discount on your purchase:

  • Refunds will be issued for the actual amount paid
  • Promotional credits used for the purchase will not be refunded
  • Discount codes cannot be reused once applied to an order

Exceptions and Special Cases

BDeSIM reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Each refund request is evaluated individually, and we aim to provide fair and reasonable solutions to our customers.
