• Purchase and activation of eSIM data packages

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable services, but please note:

• Services are provided "as-is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability
• Network coverage and speeds may vary by location and network provider
• We do not guarantee service availability in all advertised regions
• Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect service
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice

Purchases and Payments

Pricing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment Processing

• Payment is required before eSIM activation
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases

eSIM Activation

Once an eSIM is installed or activated on your device, it is considered used and consumed. No refunds will be offered for installed or activated eSIMs unless specified in our Refund Policy.

Device Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring your device is compatible with eSIM technology before making a purchase.

• Check our compatibility list or use our device checker tool
• Ensure your device is unlocked and supports eSIM functionality
• We are not responsible for compatibility issues with your device
• No refunds will be issued for device incompatibility

Fair Usage Policy

To ensure quality service for all users, we implement fair usage policies:

• Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use
• Excessive data usage may result in speed throttling
• Prohibited uses include: tethering (unless specified), VPN for circumventing restrictions, illegal activities
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate fair usage policies

Data Package Validity

• Data packages have specified validity periods (e.g., 7 days, 30 days)
• Validity begins upon first connection to the network, not at purchase
• Unused data does not roll over after the validity period expires
• Package validity cannot be extended beyond the original period
• No refunds are provided for expired or partially used packages

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute eSIM services without authorization
• Use automated systems to access our services

• Share account credentials with others

Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of BDeSIM or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total aggregate liability is limited to USD 100.00 per incident
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from service interruptions
• We are not liable for third-party network provider issues
• We do not guarantee specific data speeds or coverage quality

Services are provided "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of services
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from viruses or harmful components

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BDeSIM, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Account Termination
